We worked closely with UCD Earth Institute to create and info-graphic, poster and postcard for their 'Earth Gathering 2013' conference. They wanted the poster to show each item that was on the conference menu for that day, giving a breakdown of the origin of the ingredients and how many air-miles it takes to get those ingredients to Ireland. So that by the end of the day each delegate could total their food choice and how it impacted environmentally. We titled the poster with the slogan 'How many kilometres will you eat today?'
